Delivery and Policies

Orders will be wrapped and ready for postage or collection within 2 working days. If you are collecting your order (from Great Wakering only) please get in touch via email to arrange a time and day for collection. Parcels will be posted via Royal Mail, proof of postage will be obtained.

Postage is currently to UK mainland only.

Recycled or recyclable packaging will be used to pack your order - Daisy M is committed to reducing the use of plastic packaging.

I'm sure you'll be pleased with your purchase, if however it falls below your expectation please send an email within 3 days of receiving your order and I will endeavour to send a replacement or arrange a refund. Any returns must be returned unused and in their original packaging. I am unable to refund postage costs. Please obtain proof of postage for any returned items.

Daisy M Ceramics are all handmade and may include marks or imperfections - the beauty and uniqueness of handmade pottery. Glazes may differ slightly from pictures if a bespoke piece is ordered.
